Design for Manufacturability and Prototyping — Designs are reviewed for component spacing, placement, trace routing and potential fabrication issues prior to the prototype stage. At each step of the design process we can provide the deliverables that will move your project from schematic to board layout and from prototype to production.

Surface Mount and Thru-Hole Assembly — Flashtalk’s printed circuit board assembly capabilities extend from thru-hole to SMT fine pitch, BGA, µBGA and leadless device mounting. Our placement equipment, optical inspection and x-ray capabilities provide fast, reliable and accurate assembly. All assemblies are RoHS compliant.

Quality Assurance and Test — From purchasing through production Flashtalk team members are focused on the accuracy of the systems and the quality of products produced for every customer. Assemblies conform to the requirements of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001. Board and system level testing, in-circuit and functional, are custom designed for each customer and provide information for continuous improvement.

Conformal Coating and Potting — Different customer applications often require post assembly conformal coating or potting of circuitry for environmental or high stress conditions. We offer acrylic conformal coating capabilities in addition to two-part epoxy and urethane potting compounds as a solution to those requirements.
